No Weekend Office Hours—What this means to you:
|1)||If you are requesting information on services or programs outside the business hours of Monday-Friday 9 am to 5 pm EST, please be advised that there are no PEF MBP staff members available to assist you or answer your questions.|
|2)||If you are attempting to make a regular ticket or e-ticket purchase outside the business hours of Monday-Friday 9 am to 5 pm EST, please be advised that there are no PEF MBP staff members available to assist you with a ticket purchase, nor answer any phone calls/emails about ticket delivery.|
|3)||If you are calling or emailing outside our normal business hours of Monday-Friday 9 am to 5 pm EST, you can expect to hear from a PEF MBP staff member on the next business day.|
|4)||If you happened to purchase an e-ticket over the weekend (which is outside our normal business hours) and you did not receive your e-ticket within 48 hours, you may:
1. Send an email directly to email@example.com
2. Complete the form below and hit submit, or
3. Call PEF MBP at (800) 342-4306, ext. 243, and leave a detailed message. A member of the PEF MBP staff will respond to anyone of the above message options you utilize—on the next business day. PEF Staff are not available to address your e-ticket issues/concerns over the weekend.
