|2)||If you are attempting to make a regular ticket or e-ticket purchase outside the business hours of Monday-Friday 9am to 5 pm EST, please be aware that there are no PEF MBP staff members available to assist you with a ticket purchase or answer any phone calls/emails about ticket delivery.|
|3)||If you are calling or emailing outside our normal business hours of Monday-Friday 9am to 5 pm EST, you can expect to hear from a PEF MBP staff member on the next business day.|
|4)||If you happened to purchase an e-ticket over the weekend (which is outside our normal business hours) and you did not receive your e-ticket within 48 hours, please provide your name, phone number and a short message via email or complete the form below and hit submit, or call and leave a message.
