Here’s how to use this page to get the information on the insurance program(s) you’re interested in:

1. Select the insurance program you’re interested in: Long Term Disability Insurance, Short-term Disability Insurance, or Group Term Life Insurance

2. Then to request information/enrollment information, select your status from the following choices:

   1. You're not currently a member of PEF, and need to join

   2. You're a new employee in the PS&T Unit (Professional, Scientific & Technical), having been on the job less than 120 days

   3. You're an active current employee in the PS&T Unit, having been on the job more than 120 days.

Follow the outlined next steps. We'll send you a personalized insurance enrollment kit that includes costs, exclusions, limitations and terms of coverage as soon as we receive your form(s).
