  • We only accept checks and credit cards from PEF Members.
  • Operating dates and times should be verified with the vendor.
  • All sales are final. Membership Benefits cannot be responsible for lost, stolen or expired tickets/vouchers. No refunds or exchanges which includes unused tickets/vouchers.
  • Tickets/vouchers may not be exchanged for cash, sold, transferred or replace. Vouchers cannot be re-sold on the Internet.
  • Please allow 2 weeks for processing and delivery. If you do not receive your order in 14 days, please call our office, (518) 785-1900 or (800) 342-4306 ext. 243, option 1.
  • Ticket supplies are limited. Orders will be filled on a first come first serve basis.
  • Ticket limits do apply. Please check the individual product for purchasing allowances.
